Fred was the first of four children born of John and Viola Cooper. He was born January 23, 1907 in Santa Rosa County, Florida. His three younger siblings were: Cleveland (Cleve) Cooper, born in 1910, Hafton Cooper, born 1912 and Willie Mae Cooper born in 1917.
Fred and Vera were married sometime around 1941 and they had their first of four children , James Arthur Cooper, in 1942 followed by Theodora Jane (Teddie) Cooper born in 1943, Douglas Earl Cooper born in 1944 and their last child was Patricia Mae (Boots) Cooper in 1905.
Not much is known about Fred yet, but probate records indicate that he did own a chicken farm at one time.
Fred died on March 20, 1965 in Milton, Florida. His final resting place is next to his wife in the Hickory Hammock Cemetery in east Milton, Florida.
