Luther (Peanut) Cooper was the fourth child / first son of seven children born of Thomas Franklin Cooper and Roxie Ann Adams Cooper. He was born in 1909 and may have died around 1975.

Luther may have married Annie Beech around 1929.

Luther and Annie may have had their first and only child around 1930. His name was Luther Cooper, Jr.. Luther, Jr. lost one of his legs as a child and wore a wooden leg.

It is not known when Luther died but that it was sometime in the mid seventies and that he died somewhere near Groveland, Florida. His final resting place is unknown at this time.
