Will was the third child and only son of William Erasmus Cooper and Winnie Bloodworth Cooper. He was born May 30, 1864 in Santa Rosa County, Florida and died August 1, 1945 in Santa Rosa County, Florida. Willie's and Viola's final resting place is in the Hickory Hammock cemetery, Milton, Florida
