Louisa was the wife of John Jordan Cooper.
She was the seventh child / second daughter of William Slay and Selimea Thompson Slay.
Louisa was born February 12, 1835 in Henry county, Alabama and died October 17, 1906 in Santa Rosa county, Florida.
