Frank Cooper was the 10th & last child of John Jordan Cooper & Louisa Slay Cooper. Frank was born September 5, 1879 at the "Cooper Basin" Homestead in Santa Rosa County, FL. He died August 9, 1918 in DeFuniak Springs, Florida.
Seated next to Frank is one of his first cousin's daughters, Ida A. Slay who later married a Willie Griffin.
